Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, and ad creatives for multiple brands
• Create banners for websites, e-commerce stores, and paid campaigns (web, Meta, Google Display)
• Support branding work: logo applications, brand guidelines, colour and typography systems, and collaterals
• Produce motion graphics, animated posts, reels, and short video edits using After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Adapt one concept across formats and platforms (feed, stories, reels, web banners, print)
• Follow each client's brand guidelines while keeping the work fresh
• Handle client feedback and revisions efficiently
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
• Organize files and deliver clean, export-ready assets

Requirements

• 2+ years of design experience, with at least 1 year in a digital or creative agency
• Strong portfolio showing banner work, social creatives, and basic branding projects
• Working proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Good sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to deliver quality work under quick turnarounds
• Comfortable receiving feedback and working with account and content teams
• Basic English communication for briefs and client notes

Good to Have

• Experience with fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or D2C brands
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or CapCut
• Basic photo retouching and product mockup skills
• Knowledge of sound design and music syncing for reels
• Understanding of ad creative performance (hooks, formats, CTAs)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
