Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for our client a highly experienced and creative Graphic Designer with 10–15 years of professional experience to lead and execute high-quality visual communication across digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong creative eye, excellent design skills, extensive knowledge of industry-standard design tools, and the ability to understand business requirements and convert concepts into compelling visual designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital, print, branding, marketing, and promotional materials.
• Design social media creatives, advertisements, brochures, catalogs, presentations, banners, posters, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
• Create visually engaging designs while maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, sales, and management teams to understand design requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and visual assets.
• Review and improve existing creative materials to ensure high-quality and consistent brand communication.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
• Stay updated with current design trends, typography, layouts, color theory, and visual communication techniques.
• Prepare artwork and files according to required specifications for digital and print production.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, photographers, and other external agencies whenever required.
• Provide creative inputs and innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• CorelDRAW
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other modern design tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color combinations, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent creative thinking and conceptualization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of design accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time-management and project-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
