Graphic Designer (Full-Time, On-Site) – Amritsar

About Us

We're a social media management agency in Amritsar handling the complete content pipeline for a growing roster of clients across different niches: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and graphics. We're a small, fast-moving team where your work goes live and gets seen.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced graphic designer to own the visual side of our clients' social media. You'll create scroll-stopping posts, carousels, thumbnails, and branded creatives, using both traditional design tools and AI tools.

What You'll Do

Design social media graphics (posts, carousels, stories, covers, thumbnails) for multiple clients

Create visuals from scratch and with AI tools, choosing the right approach for each brief

Keep each client's brand look consistent while keeping content fresh

Work with our scriptwriters and video editors so visuals match the content

Take a brief, make decisions, and deliver on time without hand-holding

Handle feedback and revisions quickly

What We're Looking For

2+ years of professional design experience (portfolio required)

Strong aesthetic sense: layout, typography, color, and trends

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva

Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google Flow for creating visuals, plus the ability to design well without AI

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once

Strong ownership: you make decisions, solve problems, and get things done

Good communication skills

Nice to Have

Basic motion graphics or video editing skills

Experience with Instagram/YouTube-focused design

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience
