Redrob AI is building the AI screen of India. Several hundred million Indians will meet artificial intelligence for the first time on a phone rather than a laptop, and most of them will meet it through something that helps them earn more — so that is the thing we are building, and we are building it for them rather than adapting something designed elsewhere. The company is on the road to Series B with products already live and used every day by real people across campuses and cities. Two things define how we work. What Kaabil is

Kaabil is a career application that combines two powerful capabilities: an AI agent that reaches out to real recruiters on a candidate's behalf every day, and a system that proves their skills through assessments, guided learning, and verifiable credentials. The two are connected in a continuous loop. Each job shows a match score and identifies the test or learning path that can improve it. Once completed, the credential updates the candidate's resume and improves the agent's future outreach. A single score and progress bar track overall growth, while contests and leagues keep candidates engaged. For institutions, Kaabil helps turn student readiness into measurable progress. Students get unlimited assessments with free retakes, lifetime credential wallets, targeted learning, and weekly readiness visibility for the institution.

What you'll actually be designing

• Everything, across the full Redrob universe — social creatives, Reels, motion graphics, product launch assets, performance ads, decks, in-app illustrations, and the brand system itself.
• Static graphic design AND video / motion graphics are both mandatory. This is not a static-only role split across two people.
• If you can't edit a Reel or animate a hook in After Effects, this isn't the seat.

What you will own

• Daily social creatives — across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos — concept, edit, motion, captions, sound design.
• Motion graphics + animated explainers — for product features, launches, and campaigns.
• Performance ads — Meta, Google, YouTube creatives that convert, not just look pretty.
• Campus campaign assets — posters, badges, merchandise, event collateral.
• Pitch decks, sales decks, internal decks — visual storytelling that closes.
• Brand system maintenance — every creative on-brand, every time.
• Original ideas — bring concepts to the table; don't just execute briefs.

Your first ninety days

Days 1–30

Learn the brand system inside out and get fluent in the toolchain end to end. Shadow a live sprint, ship your first daily creatives across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, and get comfortable with the review cadence and turnaround bar.

Days 31–60

Own a full campaign end to end — concept through motion — for a product launch or campus drive. Hit the 24-hour standard / 72-hour complex turnaround consistently, and start pitching your own concepts instead of waiting for a brief.

Days 61–90

Be running at full output — 5 static creatives plus 3 Reels or videos a week — with fewer than 2 revision rounds average per asset. Own at least one channel's brand consistency end to end.

The numbers you carry

5 static creatives + 3 Reels/videos per designer per week, minimum • 24-hour turnaround on standard briefs, 72 hours on complex • 100% adherence to the Redrob design system • creative performance — CTR and engagement targets owned jointly with the social team • fewer than 2 revision rounds average per asset before approval

What we are looking for

• 1 to 3 years in graphic design with hands-on video / motion graphics experience.
• Mastery of: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• A portfolio with both static design AND motion / video samples — non-negotiable.
• Fast turnaround mindset. You ship before you polish, then you polish.

What will make you stand out: bonus tools — Jitter, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, CapCut • experience in consumer AI, EdTech, D2C, or fast-paced startup environments • original ideas you bring without being asked

This is not the role for you if

you only do static work and have never opened After Effects • you need a fully-specified brief before you can start • you think a 72-hour turnaround on a complex asset sounds aggressive • you'd rather ship once, perfectly, than ship fast and iterate
