Job Title: Designer

Job Description

• Create designs for advertisements, promotional materials, posters, banners, flyers, brochures, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
• Prepare artwork and promotional designs for Company branches, products, offers, campaigns, and events.
• Design materials for both digital and print media as required.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and Management teams to understand design requirements.
• Ensure that all designs accurately reflect the Company’s brand identity and standards.
• Make necessary amendments and revisions based on management feedback.
• Prepare final artwork in the correct size, format, resolution, and specifications for printing or digital publication.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, logos, layouts, and other branding elements.
• Create designs for seasonal promotions, special occasions, celebrations, and Company events.
• Assist in creating social media content and other digital promotional materials.
• Ensure that all product names, prices, offers, dates, and other information shown in designs are accurate before final submission.
• Maintain organized records of completed designs, source files, templates, and artwork.
• Coordinate with printing companies, suppliers, and external agencies when required.
• Ensure that designs are completed within the assigned deadlines.
• Handle urgent design requirements from management and other departments when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of Company information, promotional plans, pricing, and other sensitive materials.
• Keep updated with current design trends, software, and creative techniques.
• Perform any other design-related duties assigned by Management.

Software & Technical Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva or other relevant design platforms
• Video editing/motion graphics software, where required
