Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in packaging artwork, pre-press, artwork corrections, and print-ready file preparation.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer packaging artwork, making required revisions, coordinating with internal teams and customers, and ensuring artwork accuracy before production.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and modify packaging artwork based on customer requirements, reference designs, and technical specifications.

Make artwork corrections, including text, layout, logo, barcode, colour, and dimension changes.

Create accurate print-ready files using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.

Check fonts, colours, images, dimensions, layouts, and other artwork elements before production release.

Coordinate with Sales, Production, Printing, Purchase, and customers to clarify artwork requirements.

Manage the complete artwork process from customer input revisions approval final production file.

Maintain organized records of artwork versions, customer approvals, and final print files.

Identify and recommend necessary corrections in customer-provided artwork before final approval.

Hold artwork release until all required corrections and approvals are completed.

Create branding and promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, presentations, website graphics, and exhibition materials.

Maintain consistency in the company’s visual identity and branding.

Suggest improvements to artwork quality, design accuracy, and branding materials.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.

Knowledge of packaging artwork and print-ready file preparation.

Understanding of pre-press and printing processes.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good understanding of fonts, colours, layouts, dimensions, images, and barcodes.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple artwork revisions and deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in flexible packaging, printing, lamination, packaging artwork, pre-press, or related industries will be preferred.
