Hi there, thanks for your interest in Manta Lab Limited.

We started back in 2015 creating premium collectible physical media products for major studios including Warner Bros., DC Comics, 20th Century Fox, and Marvel Studios.

Since then we’ve grown really fast. We’ve built some impressive licensing partnerships along the way. We became the Exclusive Licensee for Warner Bros. Home Video in 2019. In 2022 we added Sony Pictures and Universal Studios, plus we picked up the Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Marvel Consumer Products licences that same year. Then in 2024 we brought in Paramount Pictures and other licensees, too.

We’re still very much on the move and actively chasing exciting new opportunities across the industry.

We’re on the hunt for talented Graphic Designers who can help us grow and create seriously cool products for our collectors and fans.

To really stand out, the three things that will make your application jump to the top of the pile are:

Excellent spoken and written English (you’ll be communicating in English daily)

A strong portfolio that clearly shows Movie or Animation-related work — whether it’s from previous jobs or personal projects you’re proud of

Proven experience working with licensed properties or character-based merchandise (or a genuine passion and quick ability to learn it)

Here’s what we’re looking for in our next Graphic Designer:

• You genuinely love movies and animation and actually know your stuff (this isn’t just a “nice-to-have” — it’s how you’ll create and edit designs that collectors connect with)
• You’re confident and fast with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• You can speak, read and write fluently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• You’re comfortable running multiple projects on your own with minimal supervision
• You’re creative, hands-on, and get excited about experimenting with different materials and production techniques

Right from the start, here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Learn our licensors’ exact printing and approval standards
• Quickly search our asset database and pull together everything needed for each product
• Design and edit packages, POP, POS materials, and web content
• Source materials and printing options from different suppliers
• Liaise with factories and printers — submit files, place orders, and keep everything on schedule
• QC samples, approve production and track deliveries
