We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to create visually appealing designs for digital and print media. The candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
• Develop designs according to the company's branding and marketing requirements.
• Work closely with the HR, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand design requirements.
• Create creatives for recruitment campaigns, events, announcements, and company communications.
• Design content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Edit images, graphics, and basic videos when required.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and overall brand identity.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver designs within deadlines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated with current design trends and creative concepts.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Good knowledge of typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual composition.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into creative designs.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• 13 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio and good design skills may also be considered.

Preferred

• Candidates should have a portfolio of previous design work.
• Experience in creating social media and marketing creatives will be an added advantage.
• Basic video editing/motion graphics skills will be an advantage.
