Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of branding, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.

Job Description

• Create graphics, designs, layouts, and visual content for digital and print platforms.
• Develop social media posts, flyers, banners, brochures, posters, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Design marketing and advertising materials in line with the company’s brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing, media, and business development teams to develop creative concepts.
• Edit and enhance images, photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets.
• Prepare designs for printing and digital publication while ensuring correct dimensions and quality.
• Develop creative concepts based on briefs, campaign objectives, and client requirements.
• Maintain consistency in colours, typography, layouts, and overall brand presentation.
• Make design revisions based on feedback from management, clients, or team members.
• Manage and organize design files, templates, images, and other creative assets.
• Stay updated on current graphic design, social media, and visual communication trends.
• Ensure all completed designs meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Assist with photography, video content, or basic motion graphics where required.
• Support branding projects, promotional campaigns, events, and other creative initiatives.

Requirements/Skills

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Canva and other digital design tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative thinking and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into effective visual designs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of print production and digital design specifications.
• Experience designing content for social media platforms is an advantage.
