Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the visual identity, brand guidelines, and design system across all business verticals.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, advertising, print, and internal assets.
• Build reusable templates, master files, and component libraries.
• Act as the final quality check on all design output.
• Build and refine an AI-assisted creative workflow across ideation, generation, iteration, retouching, upscaling, and variant production.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI creative tools based on tested results.
• Document the AI workflow so it is repeatable and transferable.
• Produce social, digital, and advertising creatives across all business verticals.
• Design seasonal, festive, and event-based campaign creatives.
• Develop A/B testing creative variants for advertising campaigns.
• Iterate creatives based on performance data.
• Company profile design and redesigns.
• Corporate branding assets and branding materials.
• Brochures, flyers, business cards, and print-ready materials.
• Internal communication and HR-related designs.
• Manage own pipeline, priorities, and turnaround times.
• Flag delivery risks in advance.
• Work directly with the Head of Marketing on creative direction and campaign requirements.

Requirements

• Production-level command of AI image generation and editing tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Stable Diffusion, Ideogram, or equivalent).
• AI upscaling, retouching, and enhancement tools.
• Prompt engineering: ability to reliably produce a specific intended result.
• Ability to learn, evaluate, and operationalise new AI tools quickly.
• Awareness of AI video and motion tools is an advantage.
• Expert-level Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong Figma capability, including design systems and components.
• Strong fundamentals: typography, composition, colour theory, hierarchy, layout.
• Print production knowledge: bleed, colour profiles (CMYK/Pantone), pre-press.
• Motion or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut) is an advantage.
• Ability to read creative performance metrics and adapt output accordingly.
• Ability to explain and defend design decisions.
• Self-managing across multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Genuine enthusiasm for design as a craft, not only as a job.
• Takes visible ownership and pride in the quality of every asset produced.
• Self-motivated; does not require supervision to stay engaged or productive.
• Actively curious about new tools, formats, and creative trends, and explores them without being asked.
• Positive, energetic, and responsive in day-to-day collaboration.

Assessment

Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical, timed assessment covering:

• AI tool competency — producing a brief to specification using AI creative tools.
• Manual tool competency — execution in design software without AI assistance.
• Speed — time to deliverable under a set brief and deadline.
• Quality — brand alignment, typography, composition, technical correctness, and finish.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
