Graphic Designer

What Youll Do:

• Create engaging graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, employer branding, and internal communications.
• Design social media posts, banners, marketing creatives, presentations, brochures, and other visual assets.
• Work closely with the Marketing and HR teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into effective visual designs.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all creative materials.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution.
• Create multiple design variations based on campaign requirements and feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative approaches to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Graphic Design or a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• Good creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing creatives.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with Marketing, HR, and other teams.
• Comfortable taking feedback and making design revisions when required.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio or relevant sample work is required/preferred.
