Are you a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing marketing materials to life?

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to support a dynamic marketing team by creating, adapting, and delivering high-quality digital and print assets across multiple brands and vendor partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on design, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is comfortable working with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Create and adapt digital and print marketing materials using existing vendor-provided assets.
• Design engaging graphics for social media, email marketing campaigns, and website content.
• Develop sales sheets, flyers, and promotional materials to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Enhance and customize vendor-provided images and artwork to improve visual presentation.
• Manage multiple design requests while meeting tight deadlines.
• Revise marketing materials based on feedback and evolving business priorities.
• Collaborate with marketing team members and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience in graphic design, preferably supporting marketing or sales teams.
• Experience creating both digital and print marketing materials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with multiple brands or vendor partners.
• Ability to adapt existing creative assets rather than developing every design from scratch.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable handling last-minute requests, frequent revisions, and changing priorities.

🛠 Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing social media graphics, email marketing visuals, and website assets.
• Experience creating sales sheets, flyers, and other print collateral.
• Ability to edit, enhance, and repurpose existing images and artwork.
• Familiarity with preparing creative assets for digital and print distribution.

💰 Compensation: $22,000 MXN/month + Benefits | Direct Hire
