Graphic Designer

A. Event Branding & Creative Design

• Design event-specific logos, monograms, wedding initials, event identities, and customised branding elements.
• Create creative designs for wedding functions, corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, and other special occasions.
• Develop event-related stationery and collateral, including invitations, welcome boards, signage, menus, table cards, backdrops, and directional signages.
• Maintain consistency in design elements, colour palettes, typography, and branding across all event materials.

B. Mood Boards & Concept Development

• Create visually engaging mood boards based on client briefs, event themes, colour palettes, and design concepts.
• Develop creative visual references for wedding décor, stage setups, entrance designs, photo booths, and other event installations.
• Translate creative concepts and client preferences into clear visual presentations.
• Research current wedding trends, event aesthetics, décor styles, and innovative design concepts to develop fresh ideas.

C. Stall & Exhibition Design

• Create graphic designs and visual layouts for exhibition stalls, promotional booths, display panels, and branded installations.
• Design stall graphics, promotional backdrops, standees, branding panels, and other exhibition-related creative materials.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and execution teams to ensure that designs are practical and suitable for fabrication and on-site installation.
• Prepare print-ready artwork according to the required dimensions, material specifications, and production guidelines.

D. Event Collateral & Promotional Materials

• Design digital and print creatives for event promotions, corporate functions, wedding celebrations, and brand activations.
• Develop presentations, creative layouts, visual references, and design proposals for client meetings.
• Create social media creatives, promotional banners, posters, and other marketing materials whenever required.
• Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes while maintaining visual consistency.

E. Design Execution & Coordination

• Understand client briefs, project requirements, budgets, themes, and design expectations before starting creative work.
• Coordinate with the sales, production, and event execution teams to ensure that the final designs align with client expectations and operational requirements.
• Make revisions based on client feedback and internal review while maintaining design quality and project timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
