Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will help bring our brand to life through compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. From social media graphics and website visuals to sales collaterals and campaign materials, your work will play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen and experienced by customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, digital ads, website assets, emailers, brochures, and other brand materials
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, Copywriter, and other creatives to develop on-brand designs that meet marketing objectives
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand consistency across all design outputs
• Translate creative briefs into visual concepts and final outputs
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing visual ideas and mood boards
• Prepare files for print or digital publication, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output
• Adapt and localize materials based on campaign needs or market specifications
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to improve design quality and efficiency continuously

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; bonus if also skilled in After Effects or Premiere), Canva, and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital and print mediums
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in handling eCommerce brands is preferred but not required
• Creative Agency Experience is a plus, but not required
• A keen eye for visual detail and a passion for good design
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
• Experience designing for social media, motion graphics, or UI/UX
• Knowledgeable in photography and/or videography;
• Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while being creative, imaginative, and flexible
• Must be willing to work in Las Piñas City
