Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital campaigns, in-app content, social media, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines. Responsibilities include developing concepts, designing graphics and layouts, refining logos and icons, and preparing files for various digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and content teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance data. The Graphic Designer will also help maintain a consistent visual identity across all MICO WORLD products and markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and expertise, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and 2D motion graphics software (After Effects).
• Excellent visual and conceptual skills, with the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual designs.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Effective time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Ensure all designs strictly adhere to app guidelines.
• Excellent command of English, with effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• A team player with strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other members.
