Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content that supports the company's marketing, communication, and employer branding activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, a good eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual materials aligned with the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative visual content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and marketing materials
• Develop branding materials, presentations, brochures, flyers, and corporate communication assets
• Create visual content for internal events, employee engagement initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding activities
• Ensure consistency across all designs in line with the company's brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the Marketing, People & Culture, and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets when needed
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated on design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure high-quality final deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts,Graphic Design, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, AI tools ; knowledge of InDesign and motion graphics tools is a plus
• Experience designing social media content and digital marketing materials
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
