Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for branding,

advertising, retail displays, print media, and digital platforms while maintaining brand

consistency and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Create innovative graphic designs for retail branding, advertising, signage,

packaging, social media, and marketing materials.

 Develop creative concepts, layouts, and artwork based on client requirements.

 Design brochures, banners, posters, standees, catalogues, and promotional

materials.

 Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with the production team for execution.

 Work closely with the client servicing and sales teams to understand project

requirements.

 Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project specifications.

 Edit and modify designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.

 Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.

 Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or

related field.

 Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in advertising, branding, or related

industry.

 Proficiency in design software such as:

o Adobe Photoshop

o Adobe Illustrator

o CorelDRAW

o Adobe InDesign

 Basic knowledge of printing processes and production techniques.

 Strong creativity, typography, and layout design skills.

 Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

 Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in retail branding or advertising industry.

 Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing will be an added advantage.

 Understanding of social media creatives and digital marketing designs.
