We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 3 to 4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and a proven track record in creating engaging visual content for various platforms, including social media, marketing brochures, flyers, and banners. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Conceptualize and produce high-quality graphics for social media posts, marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners), and other digital and print collateral.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing team members, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Feedback Implementation: Revise designs based on feedback from clients and team members to enhance visual appeal and effectiveness.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Adobe Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design software.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design, particularly in social media graphics and marketing materials.
• Design Principles: Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, colour theory, and branding.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with team members.

• Education: Any Bachelor s degree. A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Familiarity with web design principles and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Ability to create original illustrations or custom graphics as needed.
