About The Position

CSRBOX is seeking a graphic designer to join our team

You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media

To be successful in this position, youll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail

Responsibilities

Branding and Identity Design

Creating logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities

Designing business cards, letterheads, and corporate materials

Advertising Design

Designing promotional materials like posters, flyers, and brochures

Creating advertisements for digital and print media

Developing visuals for social media campaigns

User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design

Designing website layouts, mobile apps, and software interfaces

Ensuring user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences

Creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive elements

Illustration and Concept Art

Developing illustrations for books, magazines, and digital content

Creating concept art for video games, movies, and animations

Motion Graphics and Animation

Designing animations for videos, presentations, and social media

Creating explainer videos and motion-based advertising content

Print and Publication Design

Designing book covers, magazine layouts, and editorial visuals

Preparing materials for print production, including typography and layout

Packaging Design

Creating product packaging that is visually appealing and functional

Ensuring packaging aligns with brand identity and attracts customers

Infographics and Data Visualization

Simplifying complex information into engaging and easy-to-understand visuals

Designing charts, graphs, and infographic elements for reports and presentations

Corporate Communication and Presentation Design

Designing PowerPoint presentations and visual reports

Creating internal communication materials like newsletters and training manuals

Mandatory Qualification And Experience

Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field

At least 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a related field

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, etc A strong eye for visual composition

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
