Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop artwork and visual assets to support daily marketing activities and frontline operations.
• Contribute to the adaptation, design, and production of marketing materials across various channels.
• Support ad hoc marketing campaigns and ensure the timely delivery of creative materials within tight production schedules.
• Coordinate with external vendors on production and printing matters related to marketing initiatives.
• Create compelling visual content for both online and offline channels, including social media platforms, e-commerce websites, in-store displays, POSM, and marketing collateral.
• Handle photo retouching and image enhancement for promotional materials used across online and offline platforms.
• Translate creative concepts into high-quality visual executions, from initial design development through to final production.
• Adapt creative assets for various digital media platforms and formats.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant design experience gained within an in-house marketing team, preferably in the F&B, retail, FMCG industry.
• Experience in F&B menu design, food photography coordination and promotional campaign materials is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from concept development through to final production.
• Experience in designing marketing materials for both online and offline channels, including social media content, POSM, menu, promotional materials, packaging, and store signage.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of photography, image retouching or motion graphics will be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
