Graphic Designer

• Design and develop graphic materials for online and offline channels, including social media, websites, marketplaces, POSM, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts and Key Visuals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities in alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Execute design projects from brief interpretation and concept development to final artwork delivery within agreed timelines.
• Create and retouch product images, advertising visuals, and other marketing materials to communicate product benefits and build brand awareness.
• Adapt visual assets across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency and design quality.
• Edit videos and develop multimedia content to support marketing and sales activities.
• Utilize Generative AI tools for concept development, mockups, and image and video creation to improve design efficiency.
• Coordinate with Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, and other relevant teams to ensure design deliverables meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design, including marketing materials and campaign design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Good understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual composition, with the ability to develop Key Visuals and adapt designs across multiple platforms.
• Experience in product photography, image retouching, 3D design, or AI-generated visuals is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
