POSITION OVERVIEW

Doer Signs is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and dependable Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in graphic design, proficiency in industry-standard design software, and the ability to transform creative concepts into high-quality, production-ready artwork.

This role involves designing visual materials for signage, large-format printing, branding, marketing collateral, and other graphic design projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects, following designs specifications, meeting deadlines, and incorporating feedback while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create visually appealing designs for signs, banners, vehicle graphics, decals, displays, and other large-format printing materials.

· Develop design layouts, mockups, and visual concepts based on client briefs and project specifications.

· Prepare print-ready files using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, color modes, bleeds, and other production specifications.

· Revise designs based on feedback from management, clients, and team members.

· Collaborate remotely with sales, project management, and production teams.

· Review artwork for accuracy, quality, and production requirements before submission.

· Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized digital design files.

· Communicate progress, clarify requirements, and proactively address design issues.

· Follow company designs standards, workflows, and brand guidelines while working independently with minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design or related field.

· 3-5 years of experience working as a freelance Graphic Designer or corporate.

· Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in the sign-making, advertising, printing, or visual communications industry.

· Familiarity with vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics, dimensional signage, and large-format printing.

· Knowledge of CorelDRAW or other vector-based design applications.

· Experience preparing production-ready files according to printer, material, and fabrication specifications.

· Ability to create realistic digital mockups and presentation layouts for client approval.

Salary: $7 - $9/hr
