Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a creative mindset and a strong foundation in visual design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, along with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. This role requires someone who can handle multiple creative projects, collaborate with teams, and bring fresh, engaging ideas to the table.

• Deliver assigned creative designs within prescribed deadlines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop designs for brochures, logos, flyers, and other marketing collaterals, translating ideas into visuals.
• Ensure originality in designs and avoid repetitive or monotonous work.
• Prioritize and manage multiple creative projects within brand guidelines.
• Perform retouching and image manipulation as required.
• Stay organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn and experiment with new creative approaches.
• Ensure high attention to detail in all designs.
• Develop creative assets, including infographics, videos, illustrations, micro-sites, and other digital elements.
• Work with the marketing team to refine and improve existing design assets.
• Think outside the box and push creative boundaries.

Job requirements

• Intermediate-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate on design ideas and develop blueprints to communicate marketing messages effectively.
