Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media and Marketing Officer to manage social media accounts, create engaging content, respond to customer inquiries and bookings, and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments and business partners, monitoring social media engagement and sales performance, and preparing marketing reports to support brand awareness and business growth.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, or any related course.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in computer applications and graphic design tools.
• Creative, innovative, and organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to prioritize tasks and work effectively with different departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains social media exposure and increase traffic or social growth.
• Manages CSL and JPMS Facebook accounts and messengers. Reply inquiries and bookings.
• Creates marketing calendar.
• Coordinates with business partners for social engagement.
• Monitors marketing and sales performance.
• Proposes, plans and innovates service offerings, package ideas and other promotional activities to increase sales growth or hit sales target.
• Creates campaign to increase brand awareness.
• Maintains department budget and ensure marketing activities are cost-effective.
• Coordinates with other departments such as Operations, Accounting, Warehouse, Demand Planning and Procurement for any marketing requirements.
