Graphic Designer

About the Role

Aurora Higher Education and Research Academy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience to create impactful visual content that strengthens the University’s brand identity and promotes its academic programmes, events, and campus activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.
• Create brochures, posters, banners, flyers, standees, prospectuses, and other university branding materials.
• Develop creative designs for admissions campaigns, academic events, seminars, conferences, and student activities.
• Maintain consistency in the University’s brand identity across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing, admissions, and communications teams to understand design requirements.
• Create engaging visual content for digital platforms and print media.
• Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creatives.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Canva and other creative design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Experience in social media creatives, branding, digital advertisements, and print design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and design expertise.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with educational institutions, universities, or corporate marketing teams.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media design trends.
