Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of visual communication, branding, and digital design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in industry-standard design software, capable of managing multiple projects, and able to translate creative briefs into impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and print collaterals.

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual identities aligned with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute campaigns and branding initiatives.

• Maintain consistency in visual identity across digital and print platforms.

• Create basic motion graphics, animated creatives, and video content for digital platforms.

• Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets according to technical specifications.

• Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.

• Stay updated with design trends, creative technologies, and AI-powered design tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 35 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in branding, digital marketing creatives, social media design, and print production.

• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

Software Proficiency

• Adobe Photoshop: Advanced

• Adobe Illustrator: Advanced

• Adobe InDesign: Basic to Intermediate

• Adobe After Effects: Basic to Intermediate; knowledge of motion graphics and animation is preferred.

• Adobe Premiere Pro: Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.

• Canva / Figma: Familiarity with digital design tools is preferred.

• AI-powered Design Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows is an advantage.
