The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Graphic Designer to join a busy and friendly creative team based near Guildford. This is a highly varied position that will suit a creative all-rounder who enjoys managing multiple projects, working directly with clients and producing high-quality design work across a range of campaigns and formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Develop engaging campaign concepts and marketing materials.
• Produce high-quality artwork across both digital and print formats.
• Ensure all creative output meets brand, quality and technical standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to bring creative ideas to life.
• Utilise AI-generated imagery and motion graphics where appropriate to enhance campaigns.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills

• Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating creative and technical ability.
• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Experience managing projects from brief through to completion.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• A proactive approach and attention to detail.

Advantageous Experience

• Experience creating AI-generated imagery.
• Motion graphics experience.
• Experience working within a client-facing creative agency or studio environment.

Package & Benefits

• Salary of £40,000-£45,000 , depending on experience.
• 12+ month maternity cover contract.
• Potential contract extension.
• Hybrid working, including one day working from home per week following probation.
• Monday to Friday working hours (9am-5pm).
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
