Graphic Designer

About Company

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and support creative initiatives across multiple brands and campaigns. In this role, you’ll work across static design and end-to-end video production, producing high-quality visual assets for digital and offline channels.

You’ll be hands-on with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, creating everything from social assets and campaign visuals to edited, colour-graded short-form videos and motion content. You’ll collaborate closely with teams in Bangkok and New York, with flexibility to work during US hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, email marketing, paid advertisements, websites, and presentations while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop key visuals, campaign artwork, promotional graphics, and creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Create artwork for online and offline marketing activities, including event materials, retail displays, point-of-sale (POS) materials, banners, and signage.
• Develop and maintain design templates and brand assets using Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency across marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and adapt graphic designs for different platforms, formats, dimensions, and target audiences.
• Support the production of marketing and communication materials, including brochures, presentations, product catalogues, and internal company materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate creative briefs into engaging and effective visual designs.
• Ensure all artwork meets brand guidelines, design quality standards, and technical requirements for digital and print production.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and printers to ensure accurate and high-quality production of printed materials.
• Perform basic video editing for social media and digital marketing content, including trimming footage, adding text, subtitles, music, and simple transitions.
• Adapt visual assets and short videos into suitable formats and dimensions for different social media platforms.
• Stay updated on graphic design trends and creative approaches to continuously improve the quality of marketing materials.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, for graphic design and creative asset production.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating design layouts, templates, and visual assets.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in designing marketing materials for social media, digital campaigns, advertising, websites, presentations, and print production.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for multiple brands, platforms, and target audiences.
• Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut for short-form social media content, including trimming footage, adding text, subtitles, music, and simple transitions.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate marketing briefs into effective visual designs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills when working with marketing and content teams.
• Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
