About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can handle end-to-end branding and visual design for our company, its brands, and client projects.

The ideal candidate should understand how to build a brand from scratch, develop a consistent visual identity, and create professional designs across digital and print platforms. This role requires more than designing individual posts — the candidate should be capable of developing a complete brand identity and maintaining brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities1. Complete Branding & Brand Identity

• Develop complete brand identities for new and existing businesses.
• Create brand concepts, visual directions, and mood boards.
• Design logos, brand marks, icons, and supporting graphic elements.
• Establish brand color palettes, typography systems, imagery styles, and visual guidelines.
• Create comprehensive brand guidelines and brand identity manuals.
• Define logo variations, spacing, minimum sizes, backgrounds, and usage rules.
• Ensure consistency across all brand communications and platforms.
• Refresh or redesign existing brands when required.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Design

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, advertisements, banners, and promotional creatives.
• Create visual assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Design campaign creatives for paid advertising and organic marketing.
• Develop reusable templates and creative systems for recurring content.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to turn concepts into effective visual communication.

3. Website & UI Visual Assets

• Design website banners, landing page graphics, illustrations, icons, and other digital assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across websites, applications, and digital products.
• Work with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Prepare web-ready assets in appropriate formats and resolutions.

4. Marketing & Business Collateral

• Design company profiles, presentations, pitch decks, brochures, flyers, and product sheets.
• Create business cards, letterheads, stationery, and email signatures.
• Design sales materials, proposals, service catalogs, and promotional documents.
• Develop branded templates for internal and external business communications.

5. Print & Offline Branding

• Prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions, bleed, margins, and color settings.
• Design packaging, labels, posters, banners, signage, and event materials when required.
• Coordinate with printing vendors and ensure final output meets quality standards.
• Understand the differences between digital and print production requirements.

6. Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

• Research competitors, industries, audiences, and design trends before developing a brand.
• Translate business goals and target audience insights into visual concepts.
• Present design concepts and explain the reasoning behind creative decisions.
• Maintain organized brand asset libraries and ensure files are easy to access and reuse.
• Identify inconsistencies in existing brand materials and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Ability to build a complete brand identity from the ground up.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for brand guidelines and multi-page documents.
• Experience designing digital marketing creatives and business collateral.
• Understanding of print production, file preparation, and export specifications.
• Ability to create consistent designs across multiple platforms and formats.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and accept constructive feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Figma for digital assets and collaboration with UI/UX teams.
• Experience with motion graphics or basic animation.
• Familiarity with Canva for reusable marketing templates.
• Understanding of packaging, environmental graphics, and signage.
• Experience working with multiple brands across different industries.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools as a supporting part of the creative workflow.

Qualifications & Experience

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred; strong practical skills may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
• Previous experience in branding, graphic design, or creative agencies is preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating complete branding projects is essential.

Application Requirements

Candidates must share a portfolio demonstrating:

• At least one complete brand identity project, preferably from concept to final execution.
• Logo design and variations, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
• Social media and digital marketing creatives.
• Business collateral such as company profiles, presentations, or brochures.
• Print designs or packaging projects, if available.

Important: We are looking for someone who can develop and manage a complete brand identity, not just create social media posts or logos. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to build a consistent visual language across all brand touchpoints.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
