Our client is a fast-paced creative performance marketing agency specialising in the hospitality and live entertainment industries. Working with exciting brands across festivals, raves, events and nightlife, they create impactful marketing campaigns designed to capture attention, drive engagement and deliver results.

They are looking for a talented, creative and highly organised Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can produce high-quality visual assets at volume.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer who enjoys working on multiple creative projects, producing eye-catching designs and bringing digital marketing campaigns to life.

You will be responsible for creating a high volume of visual assets for clients across the hospitality and live entertainment sectors. The ideal candidate is confident using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma and other relevant design tools , with a strong portfolio demonstrating their creativity, technical ability and versatility.

You should be comfortable working to tight deadlines, managing multiple briefs simultaneously and delivering polished creative assets without compromising on quality. Experience in video editing and short-form content creation would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce multiple creative assets daily for digital marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging graphics and visual content for paid social media, digital advertising and other online platforms.
• Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and other relevant design software to develop high-quality creative assets.
• Adapt designs into various formats and dimensions to meet campaign and platform requirements.
• Interpret creative briefs and translate campaign objectives into compelling visual concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh ideas and creativity to each project.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Collaborate with the wider creative and performance marketing teams to deliver effective campaign assets.
• Keep up to date with design trends, digital advertising formats and social media creative best practices.
• Assist with video editing and short-form content creation where required, if experienced.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong proficiency in the whole Adobe Package (Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop etc).
• Experience using Figma for design and creative asset development.
• Familiarity with the wider Adobe Creative Cloud suite and other relevant design tools.
• The ability to produce multiple high-quality creative assets daily while working to tight deadlines.
• A strong eye for design, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating digital assets for social media, online advertising or marketing campaigns.
• Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and adapt to changing briefs.
• Previous experience in a creative or performance marketing agency is preferred.
• Video editing and short-form content creation experience would be a major advantage.
