Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative, talented, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Dr. Bhatia Calicut. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity, and the ability to develop engaging visual content for digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.

Candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Development:

• Design engaging posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Create visually appealing graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Develop creative designs for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and academic events.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

Social Media & Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional designs.
• Design social media posts, YouTube thumbnails, and advertising creatives.
• Work on multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Creative Collaboration:

• Understand design requirements and transform ideas into attractive visuals.
• Stay updated with current design trends and creative techniques.
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Canva and other graphic design tools.
• Strong creativity, typography, colour sense, and layout skills.
• Understanding of social media design formats and trends.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in social media creatives and digital marketing designs.
• Knowledge of AI-based design tools is an added advantage.
