Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive Graphic Designing

Job Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Summary:

The Executive - Graphic Designing is a creative and detail-oriented professional responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual communication materials. This role involves translating complex scientific and medical information into clear, engaging, and brand-consistent designs across various platforms, including packaging artwork, marketing collateral, digital assets, and internal communications. The Executive - Graphic Designing will ensure all visual materials adhere to regulatory guidelines, brand standards, and effectively communicate the company's message to healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders. This position requires a strong understanding of design principles, pharmaceutical industry regulations, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Develop and design artwork for primary and secondary packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with SFDA and other relevant regulatory guidelines.

Create marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements (print and digital), and exhibition displays.

Design digital assets for the company's website, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and other online channels.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity across all communication materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs, to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Manage and coordinate with external vendors such as printers, agencies, and photographers.

Ensure all design projects are completed within agreed timelines and budget.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, software advancements, and pharmaceutical industry regulations related to visual communication.

Contribute to the development of visual strategies that support the company's marketing and communication objectives.

Maintain an organized archive of all design files and assets.

Review and provide feedback on design work from external agencies or junior team members (if applicable).

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills:

Strong Visual Design Skills: Excellent understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, imagery), and the ability to create visually appealing and effective communication materials.

Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical product lifecycle, regulatory requirements for packaging and labeling (specifically SFDA guidelines), and the sensitivity of healthcare communications.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of After Effects and AI tools is a plus.

Education Background:

Diploma in Graphic Designing. Preferred Bachelor's degree.

Minimum 3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry and exposure to SFDA requirements for drug products artworks.
