Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing and professional designs for the company's branding, marketing, digital, and promotional requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital and print media while maintaining consistency with the company's brand identity. The candidate should have a strong creative mindset, good design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to convert concepts and requirements into effective visual designs.

The role requires proficiency in professional graphic design tools and the ability to work on multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create professional and visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
• Develop social media creatives, banners, advertisements, posters, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, events, corporate communications, and promotional activities.
• Develop designs for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, colors, typography, layouts, and visual standards.
• Understand creative briefs and translate business requirements into effective visual concepts.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Social Media, Business Development, HR, and other internal teams for creative requirements.
• Create designs for recruitment campaigns, employer branding, internal communications, and company events.
• Develop creative concepts and provide multiple design options when required.
• Edit and enhance images, photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets.
• Prepare designs in appropriate formats and dimensions for different digital and print requirements.
• Ensure all creative materials are accurate, polished, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, brand assets, and creative resources.
• Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, and digital creative formats.
• Use AI-powered design and creative tools to improve design efficiency and explore new creative concepts.
• Coordinate with external printing vendors, agencies, or other creative partners whenever required.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign or similar layout-design software is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create professional social media and digital marketing creatives.
• Strong image editing and photo manipulation skills.
• Ability to develop creative concepts based on business requirements.
• Knowledge of print design and digital design specifications.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good understanding of branding and visual identity.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain design consistency.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification : Any Graduate.

Experience:

Min 3 years of experience in Graphic Designing, Visual Design, Creative Design, Digital Design or related roles.

Prior experience in creating designs for corporate brands, digital marketing, social media, advertising, or B2B organizations is preferred.

Candidates with a strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual quality, branding, and digital/print design experience will be preferred.
