Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and branding. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset, design skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
• Create promotional creatives for clients, including hospitals, dental clinics, restaurants, and corporate businesses.
• Develop engaging designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create thumbnails, advertisements, and marketing campaign creatives.
• Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and the marketing team to execute creative concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency, including colors, fonts, layouts, and visual identity.
• Understand project requirements and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
• Make revisions based on client and management feedback.
• Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and creative tools.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Canva and other graphic design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual composition.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to design content for social media and digital marketing.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or digital creative design is preferred.
• Freshers with strong design skills and a good portfolio may also apply.

Preferred Experience

Experience designing creatives for healthcare, dental clinics, restaurants, hospitality, and corporate brands will be an added advantage.
