We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong visual eye and the ability to bring fresh ideas to life across BC's marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, sales, and promotions.

• Design impactful ad creatives, website banners, social media graphics, and print materials.

• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.

• Collaborate with the marketing team and external creative partners.

• Explore new tools and creative techniques to improve design quality.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous graphic design experience, preferably in fashion or e-commerce.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and marketing-focused designs.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other editing tools.

• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual composition, and platform-specific dimensions.

• Creative mindset with an understanding of effective advertising visuals.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback.
