We’re working with a leading design and build business looking for a confident, creative Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join their team in London.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys bringing ideas to life, has a real eye for detail and can turn complex information into polished presentations. You'll play a key role in designing tenders and supporting project work, helping the business communicate its ideas, showcase its expertise and stand out from the competition.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, think creatively and deliver to a high standard. You'll be a confident Adobe InDesign user, comfortable working independently and keen to keep developing your skillset.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality tender submissions, presentations and supporting project materials.
• Use strong visual storytelling to communicate ideas, concepts and project information clearly and creatively.
• Take briefs from initial concept through to final artwork, managing your own workload and deadlines.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop engaging, consistent and visually compelling materials.
• Ensure all work is accurate, polished and aligned with the company's brand and quality standards.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table, look for ways to improve existing materials and contribute to the overall creative direction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a graphic design role, ideally at Mid-Weight level.
• Very strong Adobe InDesign skills are essential, alongside confidence using Illustrator, Photoshop and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, layout, typography and presentation design.
• Experience producing tenders, pitch documents, proposals or other high-quality presentation materials would be a real advantage.
• A creative, proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• An ambitious mindset, positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for learning and developing.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with different teams.
