Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to create custom designs that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for apparel and promotional materials.
• Prepare and optimize artwork for screen printing and embroidery processes.
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are accurately translated to finished products.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the apparel or screen printing industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly in apparel design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and color.

Pay: $41,500.00 - $48,500.00 per year
