Part-Time Graphic Designer (Remote)
Schedule: 15 hours/week, within 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Pay: $1,625/month (about $25/hour)
Reports to: Director of Marketing

About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced designer to create polished, on-brand materials for our marketing team and agents across social media, email, print, and presentations. The Director of Marketing sets priorities and gives final approval. You’ll do well here if you work independently, catch details others miss, and speak up before a small issue becomes a missed deadline.

What You’ll Do
Design and production

• Create social media graphics, email headers, flyers, brochures, business cards, and agent marketing materials
• Build presentations and webinar slides
• Edit and format short videos for social media and YouTube as needed
• Prepare files for digital use and professional printing

Brand and systems

• Keep branding consistent across company and agent materials
• Build and maintain editable templates for recurring projects
• Organize design files, photos, videos, and templates so the team can find and reuse them

Collaboration

• Track requests, report progress, and flag missing information or delays early
• Incorporate feedback and complete revisions on schedule
• Help occasionally with copywriting, proofreading, content posting, and email campaign formatting

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• A portfolio showing digital, print, and presentation work
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides
• Experience with Constant Contact; familiarity with Salesforce and Slack
• Strong command of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
• Sharp attention to detail, including names, dates, contact information, and formatting
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently

Nice to Have

• Video editing experience for YouTube and social media
• Real estate or professional services marketing experience

How We Work

• A consistent, agreed-upon 15-hour weekly schedule within 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. PT, with prompt responses during those hours
• Most first drafts and revisions due within 24–48 hours, adjusted for complexity and your schedule
• Follow briefs, ask when something is unclear, and check your own work for accuracy and brand consistency before submitting
• If a deadline is at risk, tell us early
