What You’ll Do

• Design ads for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms
• Create visuals for landing pages, emails, social, webinars, launches, and events
• Edit long-form YouTube videos and cut short clips from them
• Create custom direct mail postcards for customers
• Design brochures, presentations, and collateral, and prep print-ready files
• Use AI tools to work faster without lowering the bar
• Keep the brand consistent everywhere it appears
• Other special projects as needed

What You Bring

• Portfolio that shows digital, print, and video work
• Strong in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
• You prep files for commercial print (bleeds, CMYK, resolution) without being reminded
• Experience editing video
• Hands-on use of AI creative tools
• Design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
• You juggle multiple projects, take feedback well, and hit deadlines
• You own outcomes from start to finish

Bonus Points For: After Effects or motion graphics, WordPress landing page experience, direct mail or conversion-focused design experience, experience working with the Home Service Industry, SaaS or B2B marketing experience.
