Showoffff is looking for a Graphic Designer who specialises in high-converting ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads, and who uses AI tools to produce them at speed.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

This role is primarily focused on performance marketing. You will create a high volume of ad creatives for our paid campaigns, test new concepts quickly, and work closely with the marketing team to improve results. Strong command of AI design tools is essential, as speed and iteration are central to this position.

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝘀 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 – Design static, carousel and short video ads for Facebook and Instagram campaigns

• 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝘀 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 – Create display, Performance Max and YouTube ad assets

• 𝗔𝗜-𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – Use AI tools to generate, edit and scale creatives quickly

• 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 – Produce multiple variations of hooks, visuals and formats for A/B testing

• 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – Refresh and improve creatives based on campaign data and feedback

• 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 – Stay updated on ad formats and creative trends that drive conversions

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Social media, website banner and marketplace creatives (Myntra, Amazon) as required

• WhatsApp and email campaign visuals

• Occasional print and packaging design

• Ensuring all work follows Showoffff's brand guidelines

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Proven experience creating Meta Ads and Google Ads creatives (portfolio required)

• Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT or similar

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva

• Understanding of what makes an ad perform: hooks, CTAs, ad sizes and platform best practices

• Ability to deliver a high volume of quality creatives under tight timelines

• Strong sense of typography, colour and layout

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Experience with AI video tools and basic video editing or motion graphics

• Prior experience with fashion, lifestyle or D2C e-commerce brands

• Familiarity with reading ad metrics such as CTR and ROAS
