Graphic Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Pune City. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media creatives, website graphics, and sales collateral. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop brand-aligned concepts, designing logos and icons, refining typography, and maintaining consistent visual branding across all touchpoints. The Graphic Designer will manage multiple design projects, prepare files for production or publishing, and ensure that all deliverables meet brand guidelines and deadlines. The role also includes participating in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas, and staying current with design trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including the creation and maintenance of brand identity systems.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that support brand tone and readability.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into clear, engaging visual concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience designing for digital marketing, web, and social media platforms is beneficial.
