Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

Boyi & Co is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team in the pre-owned luxury goods industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand identity, showcases our luxury products, and supports our sales and marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms.

The successfull candidate will be station in PJ Uptown Damansara 1st & will be relocate to Avenue K Mall (nearby KLCC Mall) on December 2026.

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative and visually appealing marketing materials for online and offline use
• Develop promotional posters, banners, advertisements, brochures, catalogues, price lists, and other marketing collaterals
• Create product visuals and promotional materials featuring pre-owned luxury items, including designer handbags, watches, accessories, and other luxury goods
• Ensure all designs are consistent with Boyi & Co's brand identity, visual standards, and luxury market positioning
• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels
• Design social media posts, Stories, Reels covers, campaign visuals, promotional graphics, and digital advertisements
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute content calendars and promotional campaigns
• Assist with product photography and visual content production for luxury items
• Edit and retouch product images to enhance presentation while maintaining accurate product details and condition
• Manage design projects from concept development through final delivery

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• At least 1–3 years of relevant working experience in graphic design, digital marketing design, or a similar role
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software is an advantage
• Familiarity with Canva and social media content creation tools
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling
• Creative, detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Sales and Marketing teams
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards feedback and continuous improvement
• A portfolio demonstrating graphic design, digital marketing creatives, and multimedia work is required
