Graphic Designer

Role:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create visually engaging, premium, and brand-consistent designs for our skincare, haircare, social media, e-commerce, and marketing communication.

Software Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• PowerPoint

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, and creatives
• Create website and e-commerce banners
• Design Amazon/e-commerce creatives and product visuals
• Create motion graphics and animated social media content
• Edit Reels, product videos, promotional videos, and short-form content
• Create professional PPT presentations and marketing decks
• Develop product launch creatives and campaign visuals
• Maintain consistent brand aesthetics, typography, layouts, and visual identity
• Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to develop campaign creatives
• Adapt creatives into different formats and dimensions for social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms
• Retouch and enhance product and lifestyle images when required

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Good knowledge of social media and digital design trends
• Ability to create both static and motion-based content
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Understanding of premium/clinical brand aesthetics
• Creative thinking with the ability to translate concepts into visual designs

Preferred

Experience in skincare, beauty, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG brands

Knowledge of product photography/retouching

Experience creating e-commerce product pages and marketplace creatives

Basic understanding of video transitions, animation, and motion design
