What they need
Company Description:
At SixTwentySix, we don’t just create content—we solve creative challenges. Our work spans commercials, branded content, and music videos, all crafted to influence culture and engage today’s audience. We work with top-tier agencies and brands, bringing their creative vision to life through seamless execution and bold storytelling.
Now, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to bring fresh, modern design sensibilities to our company brand and projects, ensuring our creative output remains cutting-edge. This role is perfect for a design-savvy creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands how to translate brand messaging into high-impact visuals, and stays ahead of design and AI trends.
If you’re passionate about pushing creative boundaries, love working in a highly collaborative environment, and want to have a role in shaping the visual identity of our company brand and our campaigns, this is your opportunity to join our team.
Position Summary:
As a Graphic Designer, you will primarily focus on crafting visually compelling director’s treatments and pitch decks that communicate a clear creative vision to agencies and brands.
Treatments are a core part of SixTwentySix’s sales process, and this role plays an essential part in helping our directors and creative teams secure new work. Your ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives will directly impact our success in winning projects.
You’ll collaborate closely with directors, creative leads, and producers to translate ideas into visually rich narratives—building treatments that combine strong visual research, curated references, and thoughtful layout design.
A key part of this role is the ability to source and curate cultural and design inspiration, in addition to film, commercial, and music video references. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for pushing the boundaries of design and visual storytelling and understands how to build a cohesive visual world through research and translate that research into a compelling treatment.
About SixTwentySix:
SixTwentySix started in 2017 making music videos for artists like Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, and Megan Thee Stallion. That work taught us how to make things people actually want to watch, and how to make work that becomes part of the cultural conversation. We took that instinct to brands and agencies and grew into one of the leading independent production companies in the country.
Today we compete with the best production companies in the industry. We’re on track for more than fifty productions this year for brands including Dunkin’, Home Depot, Sonic, Priceline, and Sephora. Recent work includes Dunkin’s “Dunk N’ Pump” with Megan Thee Stallion, the return of the Priceline Negotiator with William Shatner and Randall Park, and Sephora’s “Game. Shade. Match.” activation at the US Open. Along the way we’ve won tons of awards such as VMAs and D&AD Pencils.
We exist to empower creatives to make the best work of their lives. To do that, we push our creatives and everyone who supports them to the edge of what they’re capable of. Creative craft comes first in every decision we make, and the question is always how this makes the work better. When directors are supported, they make their best work. When they make their best work, the brands and agencies we partner with get a product and an experience they can’t get anywhere else. That builds trust, and trust gives us room to take bigger creative risks together. Everyone here plays a part in turning our directors into household names.
Over the next ten years, we’re building the best culturally relevant entertainment company in the United States, across music videos, commercials, activations, and branded entertainment. We’re headquartered in Culver City, Los Angeles, and work nationally and internationally.
