Title: Graphic Designer Position

Location: Jounieh/Harissa- Lebanon

Capelli Sport (USA) partners with Fact Universal (Lebanon) to manage back-office operations across multiple regions, including the USA, Germany, China, and the MENA region. Based in New York, Capelli Sport is a multi-sports brand committed to delivering high-quality products, exceptional service, and supporting athletes and communities worldwide. The company’s mission centres on growing people, brands, and businesses.

We are seeking graphic designers to create designs for sports apparel and accessories, as well as update booklets for e-commerce and website use. Candidates should be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and have a solid understanding of final artwork production. Selected designers will receive training to master the workflow and handle project requests efficiently.

Candidates should have

1.              Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design tools

2.              Strong knowledge of final artwork preparation and print production processes

3.              Ability to design and update booklets, presentation sheets, and product catalogues

4.              Experience creating designs for sports apparel and accessories is a plus

5.              Ability to prepare client-ready materials for presentations, e-commerce, and website use

6.              Skills in layout, typography, and visual consistency across multiple documents

7.              Attention to detail for quality control

8.              Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

9.              Willingness to follow guidelines and apply feedback during the design and production process

10.          Team player, ready to collaborate with the Art Department team.

 

REQUIREMENTS

1.              Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, with 3 years of experience.

2.              Proficient in computer design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and good knowledge of Microsoft

             Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

3.              Minimum of 2 years of experience using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

4.              Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

5.              Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately, switch between priorities, and meet tight deadlines

             despite frequent interruptions.

6.              Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

7.               Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Candidates should be willing to work based on American Standard Eastern Time zone. This is not a remote position.
