Role Description The Graphic Designer role at WOROOD is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts and designs that reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic across digital and print materials, including event collateral, social media graphics, and promotional content. Daily tasks include creating layouts, selecting typography, refining logos and branding elements, and preparing files for print and digital use. The role also involves collaborating with floral and event designers to align visual assets with overall event concepts, maintaining brand consistency, and responding to feedback to refine designs. The Graphic Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, support marketing campaigns, and ensure all visual materials meet quality and deadline expectations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities across all touchpoints.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that reinforce brand tone and readability.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital and print workflows.
• Relevant experience in graphic design for events, hospitality, or luxury brands is beneficial.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative work, attention to detail, and alignment with premium or high-end aesthetics.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
