Graphic Designer

About The Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a good understanding of branding, and the ability to create impactful designs across digital and print platforms.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing, performance marketing, content, and product teams to develop engaging creatives that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Creatives: Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
• Performance Marketing: Create conversion-focused ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Branding & Packaging: Develop and maintain brand consistency across product packaging, labels, marketing collaterals, and brand communication.
• Campaign Design: Conceptualize and execute creative assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Video & Motion Graphics: Create basic motion graphics, animated creatives, and video assets for digital platforms.
• E-commerce Creatives: Design product listing images, banners, infographics, and other visual assets for e-commerce marketplaces and websites.
• Print Design: Develop brochures, flyers, standees, posters, and other offline marketing materials as required.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Quality Control: Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, maintain visual consistency, and are delivered within deadlines.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current design trends, visual communication styles, and creative best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop , Canva , Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools is an advantage.
• Experience designing social media creatives, digital ads, e-commerce assets, and marketing collaterals.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert them into effective visual designs.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and execution quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Understanding of performance marketing creatives and digital consumer behaviour.
• Experience working on product packaging, product launches, and e-commerce marketplaces.
• Basic knowledge of AI-powered design tools and creative workflows.
