Position Overview

Quaco is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic & Content Creator to join our marketing and brand team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visuals that reflect Quaco’s premium, modern, and luxury brand identity across all platforms — especially for microcement, Venetian plaster, decorative finishes, and factory/contractor content.

This role suits someone with strong design skills, video editing ability, and creative thinking for content that communicates craftsmanship, product quality, and lifestyle appeal.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design

Design social media posts (FB, IG, TikTok), ads, banners, and marketing materials.

Create product visuals: packaging design, color charts, texture layouts, catalog pages, brochures, flyers.

Support showroom visuals, signage, stickers, and branding assets for Quaco and NeoColori.

Create mockups and layouts for website, online store, and promotional materials.

Maintain brand identity consistency (color theme, tone, luxury feel).

2. Video Production

Concept, shoot, and edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Film factory operations, microcement/venetian plaster application processes, technician demonstrations, before-after transformations.

Edit product demo videos, company profile videos, and customer testimonial videos.

Add captions, transitions, music, and brand elements professionally.

3. Content Strategy

Work with marketing team to develop monthly content calendars.

Propose creative concepts related to decorative surfaces, interior design trends, and Quaco product benefits.

Understand market trends in Thailand and create localized content appealing to Thai audiences.

Support branding for events, exhibitions, showroom openings, and training sessions.

4. Brand & Asset Management

Organize and maintain Quaco’s media library (photos, videos, design files).

Work closely with R&D, sales, and factory teams to capture real-life content.

Ensure all visuals reflect Quaco’s premium, high-quality, Italian-inspired identity.

Qualifications

1–3 years experience in graphic design, video editing, or content creation.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent).

Strong understanding of composition, layout, typography, and color.

Ability to shoot and edit videos using professional or mobile equipment.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.

Basic understanding of interior design, decorative materials, or construction industry is a plus.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce consistent output.

Thai language skills preferred; English is an advantage.

Experience creating content for home décor, interior design, construction, or B2B industries.

Knowledge of AI tools (Midjourney, Canva, CapCut, etc.).

Photography skills and understanding of lighting.

Familiarity with social media trends and algorithm behavior.

Working Hours & Location

Full-time position at Quaco showroom/office (Chom Thong, Bangkok).

Occasional onsite shooting at projects, factories, customer locations.
