GRAPHIC DESIGNER / CONTENT STAFF

About the role

Sky Ads Inc. is looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Content Staff to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, promotional materials, and video content for digital advertising campaigns, particularly on Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. We are looking for someone who can produce high-quality creative outputs, adapt to different advertising requirements, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics, social media posts, banners, and digital advertising materials.
• Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Develop creative variations for advertising campaigns to improve engagement and performance.
• Edit photos, videos, thumbnails, and other promotional content.
• Ensure all creative materials meet company branding and quality standards.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.
• Utilize AI-assisted design and editing tools when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the ADS Team and Team Leaders to meet campaign requirements and deadlines.
• Revise and improve creative materials based on feedback and campaign performance.

About you

• Graduate of Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, or any related field is preferred.
• Experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital content creation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
• Knowledge of Facebook and TikTok advertising creatives is an advantage.
• Strong creativity, visual design skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to changing creative requirements.
• Fresh graduates with strong creative skills and a portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Palayan City, Nueva Ecija.
