Job Description:

• To handle online sales and enquiries, including managing, modifying and updating of products on website.

• Design and produce creative artwork for marketing materials.

• To assist the outcome of marketing plans against sales achievement.

• To assist and ensure stock level above min quantity in online platform.

• To assist and ensure expenditure of advertisement and promotion within budget.

• Accomplish marketing objective by planning, developing & deploying content and advertisements for social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & other broad range of digital marketing channels.

• Plan, coordinate and update new or existing product labelling such as giftbox, manual guidelines, quick guider and e-paper.

• To check, update and report parallel importer in e-commerce (Lazada, Shopee) to authority.

• To prepare online Sales Order and SQL and SQL sales order.

• Support sales department to prepare correspondence letter and others relevant documents (when necessary).

• Comply to medical device act 737 in all working procedures.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your superior in the future.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Advertising, Art & Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Candidate who has experience with pharmacies (independent & key chain), hospitals & clinic will be more advantageous for this position.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
